Dan Drennan
AIA, NCARB
Principal, Data Centers Sector Leader
Dallas, Texas USA
Dan has always been drawn to the blend of art and technology that architecture embraces, but it’s the complexity and innovative nature of his work that have continued to captivate him over his 25-year career. Responsible for operations, growth, and development for our Data Centers sector, Dan is focused on supporting all the systems, companies, and data that make our connected way of life possible. “The ‘what's next’ in those areas drives all that we do,” he says.
During his tenure at Corgan, Dan has been involved in the design of many data center projects, encompassing more than 15 million square feet. Yet it is the future — not past accomplishments — that drive the work that he does. “I'm proud of the sector and the evolution of the work that we have developed,” Dan says. “The appetite for more computing power is unstoppable, and it is exciting to think about what that could mean for not only the current sector leaders, but for its future generations as well.”
Connectedness is important to Dan, even beyond the virtual world he enables. When not leading and directing our project teams through all phases of design, production, and construction, you’ll find him spending time with his family.
