Tonya Giebel

Tonya joined our Los Angeles Education Studio to build our presence in education on the West Coast. With over 25 years as a business development professional in the architecture industry, she excels at making and building connections. Tonya is a key member of Corgan’s California education practice, having built the local education studio from the ground up. “California education owners have a strong preference for California education experience,” she explains; our willingness to start small, coupled with Corgan's proven history of success in other markets afforded us the opportunity to grow organically.

Outside of work, Tonya is passionate about causes that give voice to the voiceless. As an animal rescue advocate, she volunteers at Best Friends Animal Society in the neonatal kitten nursery, as well as sometimes fostering kittens until they are adopted into loving families. “I help the most vulnerable population in the shelter system thrive,” she says.
