Our Dallas Headquarters
Dallas is the place we’ve called home since 1938 and the foundation of Corgan culture. Our current headquarters, built in 2007 and expanded in 2016, represents many of the design principles we bring to our clients — locality, sustainability, and wellness, along with sensibilities that are unique to our firm and culture.
The design of the interior and exterior draw inspiration from the brick and wood beams of our previous West End warehouse office, translating these components into a contemporary structure that’s built for open, collaborative space.
Located in the Innovation District, The Luminary, as the building is known, is LEED Gold and WELL Gold certified; in fact, Corgan’s own firmwide wellness program recently received the Sustainability - Leadership Development & Programs Award from CoreNet.
Two rooftop decks provide access to skyline views with dozens of Corgan projects peppered within. But our connection to the city goes beyond the spaces we design: our team is passionate about ongoing community service; we funded a nearby urban smart park; and we spend our free time in a neighborhood that buzzes with art, food, start-ups, and history. Within our walls, we collaborate regularly, coming together at the end of each Thursday to share work — and a beverage — with colleagues.
