Chayora Data Center

Located in a major economic center, this data center development fits capacity for 60 MW of IT load and up to 10,000 racks onto a very constrained eight-acre parcel. The facility is designed to Uptime Tier 3 equivalence, and features a low annualized PUE of 1.2. A simple finned facade treatment with lighting accents unites the three massed into a single cohesive composition and creates a new architectural language for Chayora's future developments which is aligned with their corporate branding.
