Mixed-Use
Building an Ecosystem
Self-perpetuating design.
The only thing more rewarding than solving how all the elements within a design can complement one another, is also getting to plan how multiple tenants within a structure, or multiple structures within a campus, can form a mutually beneficial ecosystem. Corgan has designed mixed-use spaces ranging from multi-million-square-foot corporate headquarters to 45,000-square-foot residential and retail combinations. As urban density rises and people look for structures to serve more than one purpose, the mixed-use typology offers applications that serve a multitude of users’ needs.
