Harper has more than 20 years of experience in the design and planning of aviation projects — from airport terminals and corporate hangars to ticket halls, baggage handling systems, and TSA screening system facilities. In 2015, Airport Business Magazine recognized her as one of the Top 40 Under 40 people shaping the industry in profound ways. The relationships she has formed with airport authorities, air carriers, and private corporations over the years have contributed to her impressive portfolio.
From the treehouses she loved planning as a child to the airports she now designs, Harper has always enjoyed creating spaces people want to experience; she’s known for her user-centric approach and her eagerness to overcome challenges. “Thinking about how a person will want to use the facility, how we can make that experience easier, more stress-free, and more pleasing helps us get to better solutions,” Harper says.
Outside of work, she enjoys giving back through Hearts and Hammers — an organization that provides home repairs and restorations for low-income homeowners — and spending time with family. “Enjoying life with my family through our church, our home, and our travels is what I live for.”
