T5 Data Centers Chicago II Data Center

T5's data center development outside of Chicago features 122,000 square feet of available data hall space with an ultimate capacity of 16.1 MW of critical power. 

Corgan repositioned an existing building into a colocation data center. The project includes office space and flexible data hall space providing up to 9.6MW of power on day 1. A remaining 70,000 square feet of shell space is available for future fit-out. The office design focuses on the customer experience and client branding. Future flexibility and adaptability of the data hall deployments remain crucial components of the overall design. The services provided included full architectural design services, including programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
