Rob Jillson
AIA
Project Manager, Vice President
With more than 25 years of experience, Rob brings extensive project management, technical construction, and design expertise to Corgan's data centers practice. In his role as Vice President and Project Manager, he approaches projects holistically, with a focus on coordination and project delivery. “I love it when a plan comes together and you see how all the different pieces of a project fit to make the whole project work.”
Rob has worked on a diverse range of project types throughout his career, including aviation, civic, commercial, and super tall high-rises. With this experience — spanning all project phases, from concept design and design development through construction documentation and administration — he brings a valuable perspective to the world of data centers.
Rob holds architecture and English degrees from the University of Michigan along with a fine arts degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He leverages the synergy between these disciplines to create and coordinate spaces that offer a unique and engaging experience. Outside of the office, Rob is an avid cyclist and swimmer, often biking to work or enjoying open water swims in Lake Michigan (weather permitting).
With its fast-paced schedules and multiple disciplines to coordinate, working in data centers creates an atmosphere where I am constantly learning and excited to be present every day.
