With more than 25 years of architectural experience, David spent his time living in the UK and China while working on projects throughout the EU, UAE, and Asia. His diverse experience taught him the complexities and nuances of working across cultures, giving him a distinctive skill set to move easily between project locations and deliver varied project types.

David has participated in China’s growth in retail, and one of his most notable projects is Hong Kong’s New World Development, where he planned and designed some of the most forward-thinking retail environments in the world. Combining art, the environment, and people, the New World K11 malls are considered by many to be the best branded and most compelling shopping experiences in Asia. Today, David utilizes his broad experience to assist clients and lead projects located primarily outside of China. David excels in all aspects of design, from planning to construction, focusing on the client’s goals and budget to deliver optimal project solutions.
