Chris Kadlick
AIA
Vice President, Project Manager
Phoenix, Arizona USA
Chris credits his mom with suggesting he become an architect, and in 2008 he joined our ranks as an intern. Today, his primary focus is on aviation terminal renovation and expansion, solving the “how” more than the “what” to refine project goals. A diverse individual who collaborates among stakeholders to move projects forward, he maintains a balance between the owner and government agencies, while preserving daily airline operations. Chris has served as a leader in LA, Phoenix, and San Francisco, achieving results by encouraging his teams to remain flexible and uncover creative solutions while keeping a positive attitude. “A project’s biggest asset is the trust and synergy among the overall team,” he says.
At home, Chris values close family ties. “By far, my number one passion is my family, including our dog Max – It's great to get home, make dinner, and talk about each other’s highs and lows from the day.”
