With 25+ years of experience in architectural acoustics design and education, Jason joined the firm in 2020 to expand Corgan’s in-house specialties to include acoustical expertise. The combination of math, science, and art first attracted Jason to acoustical design, and it helps that music was always a part of his life. “So often our focus is on what we see; my efforts address what we hear, or more often, what we don't hear,” explains Jason.

Jason, the firm’s go-to for acoustical design, gets excited when he can elevate the performance of a space by delivering quality acoustics. He provides technical analysis and recommendations to address every aspect of sound, from noise control and room acoustics to sound isolation. In short, he makes our buildings sound better. The projects he is most proud of are the Debate Chamber at Old Parkland in Dallas, Chase Center in San Francisco, and Campus Crossroads at the University of Notre Dame. “The clients I work with are top-notch — I learn a lot from them, and they make going to work fun!”
