New office towers supplementing an already thriving community.
Three new office buildings are coming to the award-winning mixed-use development of CityLine, adding nearly 1.4 million square feet of space to the 204-acre transit-oriented mixed-use development. CityLine is already home to State Farm’s regional hub and Raytheon’s state-of-the-art office complex. Five CityLine is a 17-story tower with approximately 500,000 square feet, Six CityLine is a 12-story tower with more than 350,000 square feet, and the third tower, Seven CityLine, offers 15 stories at just over 500,000 square feet. They will join the 2.6 million square feet of office space and 200,000 square feet of restaurant, retail, and entertainment space already present in the development.
The new buildings address the streetscape by graciously retreating to produce an oval-shaped void, focusing ground-level intensity to the pedestrian level. This massing strategy broadcasts to the upper reaches to create a composition of glass facades positioned above first and second level amenity zones. An interstitial third level skybridge connects shared conference and meeting spaces from building to building. Balconies and outdoor terraces rise towards the sky to provide unobstructed views to the downtown skyline and beyond.
