The Juniper

This seven-story podium development is the second building by Larkspur at the northern end of Exposition Park in the historic Deep Ellum neighborhood. Just two blocks away from Fair Park and across the street from Larkspur's The Willow loft apartments, The Juniper is a mixed-use development with street-level retail and live/work spaces along Commerce and Exposition streets and walk-up townhomes along the shared park to its north. 

A third-floor amenity deck offers lounge seating and overlooks the downtown skyline allowing residents to take in the magnificent Texas sunsets. The design of The Juniper is influenced by the historical context of the neighborhood and articulated with a contemporary expression of that era.
