Susan brings leadership, design, and management skills to her role, elevating the firm’s performance and facilitating the execution of PK-12 projects. “In working with schools, the spaces and buildings we design impact generations of students and can have a positive impact on teachers’ careers,” she explains.

Susan incorporates project goals and guidelines into bond programs, coordinating district-wide educational specifications. A relationship builder, she collaborates with city officials, project consultants, and her team throughout the process to monitor progress, ensuring all project goals are met. “We serve school districts and must be responsive in meeting their needs matching the same level of agility as they are required to have in response to their communities.”
