High-end residences serving as a catalyst for revitalization.

The revitalization of a Southeast Dallas community prompted a need for attractive yet affordable housing. The Dahl, a modern multifamily development, is an elevated, five-story Class A building designed to attract residents to the area.

Just one block from historic Fair Park, the wrap-around apartment building with parking garage offers 293 units with 50% of the occupancy dedicated to affordable housing. Acting as a catalyst for change, the mid-rise features high-level finishes and amenities to create an enjoyable environment for tenants to relax and socialize. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and pool with views to downtown. Supporting a healthy, active lifestyle, a small courtyard, and Zen Garden leads to a well-appointed two-level fitness center. A welcoming lobby and street-level retail space invite people to connect and build a sense of community.

Regionally influenced architecture.

Inspired by the historic Art Deco architecture found along the nearby State Fair esplanade, The Dahl features architectural details including tall linear elements, decorative tile, banded pilasters, and decorative cornices. The complex offers a mix of residences including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and flats providing refined spaces for new residents who will breathe new life into the community. The units offer open floor plans with large windows inviting in abundant natural light.

A multifamily dwelling of this size and scope both uplifts and engages the community, infusing the area with energy and attracting those who enjoy entertainment, rich culture, and easy access to downtown. The development heralds a new era for the historic Exposition district, offering residents a quality lifestyle with captivating views, elevated amenities, and modern conveniences.
