Lance embraces the opportunity to develop young staff and help them grow their careers and feels Corgan is interested in developing each and every person to their fullest potential. This philosophy first attracted Lance to join the firm over 25 years ago, and then compelled him to boomerang back after leaving for two years. “Corgan supports personal control over the growth of one’s career,” he explains, “and rising through the ranks validates our hard work.”

As a leader of the Data Centers Studio, Lance has been involved in design and construction for many significant clients, shepherding cutting-edge projects to successful completion. “I enjoy seeing buildings evolve from lines on a sketch or renderings on a computer screen to an actual built environment inhabited by our clients.” One of his projects for a confidential insurance client received the Uptime Institute Tier IV rating, one of the top rankings in the world.

Lance’s leadership role extends to his personal life, where he coaches basketball and soccer for his two sons. To stay current, he reads all kinds of books. “I am constantly open to new ideas and exploring emerging trends in technology.”
