Having witnessed and experienced moments of exclusion at a young age, Halima has dedicated her professional life to fostering inclusive spaces and cultures as a certified HR practitioner. Ever since she was a middle schooler, she knew that creating environments and communities where people felt safe, seen, and heard was going to be a part of her journey.

With 25 years of experience and empathy being one of her greatest strengths, Halima excels at creating an inclusive employee experience and a culture focused on growth and belonging. With her team, she has led the development of Corgan University, a 24/7 multi-mode place of learning to keep associates engaged and curious and Belong. As a certified design-thinking practitioner, Halima is always asking the question, "How might we?"
