Overcoming infrastructure shortcomings to transform service delivery.
UT Southwestern engaged Corgan to provide a study to identify alternate locations for the relocation of the Transplant services once it was determined that the existing facility was not a feasible solution for expansion. After analysis of several locations, the BioCenter was selected. Moving to the existing facility would not be without challenges, as the base building infrastructure needed to be upgraded to support the needs of the Transplant Center’s clean rooms which were ISO 5 and ISO 6. Successfully addressing these obstacles, Corgan worked closely with the Transplant staff to create an efficient work flow for the many processes of the program.

Corgan has completed over 50 off and on-campus projects for UT Southwestern, including the study and relocation of Transplant Services.
