Global Architecture and Design Giant Corgan Opens Dublin Office—Growing International Portfolio
Global architecture and design firm, Corgan, announced the opening of their Dublin office—welcoming a team of local architects to support a diverse mix of projects and serve as a scalable anchor for a growing international presence. As Principal, Maurice O’Neill, will serve as the office leader bringing more than two decades of experience across commercial and residential practices in Ireland and Europe. To meet increasing demand while delivering consistent design excellence and unparalleled service, the Dublin-based team will leverage the expertise of the 85-year-old firm to better serve clients in Ireland and the EU.
Corgan’s work has earned a global reputation with first-to-market innovations and design leadership. From designing more than 23 million square meters of data hall and earning the top spot as the #1 Data Center Architect in the United States to working on the world’s busiest airports, iconic cultural landmarks, and partnering with corporate giants to shape the future of work, the firm’s decades-long experience has increased demand overseas. With more than 800 team members across the firm, the Dublin office is a natural expansion to add talent with established relationships.

The strategic hires complement Corgan’s portfolio, priority markets, and existing relationships. Maurice’s previous connections to Corgan and his experience in Ireland primes the firm for planned growth in the area and future hires. “Dublin is a fast-paced city that’s growing quickly,” says Maurice. “With a thriving economy and a lengthy list of companies establishing roots in Dublin, it is an ideal location for Corgan’s proven track record, exceptional design reputation across a variety of sectors, and strong resourcing ability.”
“At Corgan, our practice focuses on relationships built on trust, commitment, and mutual success.” shares Corgan CEO, Scott Ruch. “We have the right team in Dublin to expand our practice across Ireland and into the EU. This is an intentional move for Corgan to increase our reach to better meet the needs of our clients.”
