Creating momentum for a rapidly growing marketing and technology agency
Adapting to changing workplace trends, this award-winning digital marketing agency engaged Corgan to design an amenities-rich environment and integrate forward-thinking workplace strategies to connect and energize their creative workforce. Bringing their vision to reality, Corgan took particular care in providing diverse space solutions equipped with relevant technology to fuel creativity and collaboration.
Elevating the employee experience
Hospitality-inspired amenities are abundant underscoring PMG’s commitment to employee experience. Guests are welcomed by a coffee bar with barista service aptly named Momentum Café as a nod to the growth and continuous energy found at PMG. Momentum Café wraps around the reception desk offering a benefit to guests as they wait in the lobby, and to employees in the work café nestled behind reception. A multi-media production studio for the creatives, an innovation lab for client prototyping, a hospitality lounge, and more make this workplace a destination. With their workforce across multiple floors in The Link, a three-story monumental stair was designed to promote movement, engagement, and connection across the PMG team.
Planning to support growth and inspire innovation
The design reflects PMG’s growth and evolution echoing their established brand and reputation. Leveraging the “office as a tool” to do this, the space celebrates the team’s successes with rotating installations showcasing the agency’s impressive portfolio of work. Planning strategies adapted to support the new ways we work were applied. The open office was organized into ‘neighborhoods’ flanked by huddle and collaboration spaces equipped with relevant technology.
‘Connected Energy’
The design concept centered on ‘connected energy’ which translated to a lively, creative atmosphere where colorful design features draw users from space to space creating hubs of energy throughout the office. The headquarters is enriched by industrial features serving as a subtle nod to PMG’s early start-up days and complemented with timeless, rich wood tones, mixed metal accents, and hand-crafted tiles for the variety and playfulness today’s PMG workforce epitomizes.
Our new space is all about creating a connected, energy-fueled experience – for our employees, our clients, and our partners. At every turn, it speaks to our community-centric culture and our vision for innovation and growth. It’s a state-of-the-art employee and client hospitality experience.
