Pioneer Natural Resources Headquarters

Building A Community From The Ground Up.

Corgan partnered with Duda Paine and HKS who are responsible for the exterior of Pioneer’s new headquarters, while Corgan provided all interior design services and workplace strategy. Pioneer Natural Resources was located in Williams Square in Las Colinas. Their workforce was spread across three buildings which did not support collaboration between departments and across the company. Pioneer tasked Corgan with designing a space that stimulates collaboration and creates efficiencies through departmental adjacencies.

The project guiding principles align with Pioneer’s values and include: collaborative - to align Pioneer’s communication across the company; family - to recognize the respect, humility, and values shared throughout the organization; transparent - to allow daylight and views for all employees; and wellness - to coordinate with Pioneer’s acknowledgment to safety and health of their employees, and sustainability of the earth.
