NTT Global Data Centers H1 Data Center Campus

Data center supporting hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise users.
Located on a 47-acre site, in close proximity to Portland's technology hub, the H1 data center is master planned for five buildings totaling 878,000 square feet. 

The first phase of this project is an adaptive reuse of an existing solar panel manufacturing facility with the ultimate build out delivered in six phases. Phase 1 consists of a 6 MW data vault and supporting infrastructure with final capacity for 36 MW.

Master planning  services are associated with the incorporation of the HI1 building into the future data center campus involving four new ground-up, 36 MW data centers. These additional buildings will be based on a prototypical design and phasing allows for secure separation of the tenant from the HI1 data center and campus.

Equipped with air cooled chillers with airside economizers and hot aisle/cold aisle configurations, the smart building has the latest energy saving technologies.
