When a family-owned and operated luxury automotive sale company decided to relocate their headquarters, they entrusted Corgan to create a transitional design that would support their multi-generational workforce and embody the timeless virtues of honesty and integrity ingrained in their history. Known for their reputation in luxury products and exceptional service, they sought premium hospitality amenities and meticulously crafted finishes. The integration of their curated art collection into the design further elevated the office experience. This thoughtful combination reflects their brand and fosters an atmosphere of warmth and welcome for employees and guests alike.
As soon as visitors step off the elevator, they know they have arrived.
Custom-made entry doors slide open to reveal the reception area with elegant marble and glass surfaces, custom millwork, and bronze and champagne finishes. Reflecting their commitment to family values and customer relationships, a conversation lounge with leather and luxurious velvet furnishings invites guests to linger and socialize. Flooded with natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and glass office fronts, the space promotes openness, transparency, and personal interaction.
Two jewel-box conference rooms and a hospitality-forward pantry and breakroom take center stage in the public spaces designed for meetings and entertaining. Beyond these areas resides the secured office area with private executive offices as well as open workstations and meeting rooms to support the tight-knit collaborative climate and future-forward ingenuity that defines the company.
Honoring the past while embracing the future
Polished and refined, rich wood paneling, coffered ceilings, and rhythmic moldings form a cohesive purposeful design contrasted with layered textures and organic surfaces producing an alchemy of traditional and modern. Subtle branding, offset lighting, and an extensive abstract art collection emphasize the formal yet contemporary feel. Classic and sophisticated, the design achieves a harmonious balance, honoring the company’s rich history and its founding family while ushering in the next generation who will continue the firm’s enduring legacy and tradition of excellence.
