Reflecting a continued refinement of this Fortune 500 technology client's need for data centers, Project Isabel follows the modular concept while using similar MEP systems and hot aisle containment in the data halls as previous projects for this company.

Taking advantage of the region's free cooling, the facility is more efficient in nearly all aspects of the design and is the third data center on the campus. Enhanced mechanical and electrical systems allow for more capacity. The efficient architecture plan provides easier operations and improves the building's ability to exhaust heat using natural convection regardless of wind direction. By using the same design and construction partners from previous projects for the client, this data center was delivered on-time, despite the fast-track schedule.
