Lincoln Property Company’s new mixed-used development in Preston Center includes a 13-story office tower, making the Class-A building the first to offer premium lease space in the area for quite some time. The development serves as a fitting centerpiece for the Park Cities, catering to distinguished tenants seeking a central location in the heart of North Dallas.
From the outset, Lincoln’s team demonstrated a proactive approach engaging Corgan early in the design process to develop best-in-class amenities and attract top tenants — a partnership which laid the foundation for a collaborative and productive exchange of insights and ideas. The resulting design integrates thoughtful and refined solutions which create an inviting lobby area to welcome guests, a sophisticated penthouse lounge for tenant use, and an indoor/outdoor fitness center elevating the landmark building that serves as the cornerstone of the planned community.
Amenity-rich and wellness-focused
The ground-floor entrance overlooks the neighborhood and future restaurant amenity. More than simply a lobby, the overall design aesthetic is classic yet modern featuring marble and stone finishes, warm wood tones, and curated artwork. Floor-to-ceiling glazing bathes the elegant space in natural daylight, highlighting plush velvet furnishings inviting guests to sit and socialize. The exclusive ninth floor penthouse features panoramic views of Dallas, providing tenants a sophisticated space to entertain, relax, or conduct business. Amenities include several co-working spaces and a conference room along with an upscale hospitality lounge with wine and beverage lockers for tenant use, and media center offering multiple seating arrangements. An adjoining terrace provides tenants an outdoor landscaped area and fitness center to promote health and wellbeing.
One good thing leads to another
Impressed with the amenity spaces and Corgan’s commitment to building client relationships, Lincoln Properties commissioned the Interiors team to design their own global headquarters within the building. The office space aspires to the same attention to detail and refined aesthetic with clean lines, warm wood tones, and a neutral pallet highlighting their curated modern art collection. The monumental stair provides connectivity between two floors where a glass wall peers into the double height lounge area flooded with natural daylight.
Impressed with the design outcome for Lincoln, several other tenants followed suit, asking Corgan to design their offices including Mai Oil, Smith Asset Management, Mt. Vernon, Stage 29 Productions, Venable Royalty, SRS Distribution, and Aviatrix. Honoring each client's unique vision and workplace needs, Corgan collaborated closely to translate diverse project requirements into tailor-made, stylish finish-outs. The collaborative partnership resulted in a beautifully designed office building, bringing new standards of design excellence and desirable amenities to the prestigious and much-anticipated premier mix-use development in the Park Cities.
