Work to start soon on Dallas developer’s newest 23-story tower
Dallas-based developer Harwood International will soon begin work on a 23-story office tower just north of downtown.
The project will be completed in June 2027, and the estimated construction cost is $120 million.
Dallas-based Corgan is the architect of record. Kengo Kuma and Associates will serve as the design architect for the new glass- and metal-clad tower. Plans for the project were first announced in November 2023. The tower will be blocks from Harwood’s No. 14 building completed in June 2023.
