More details emerge about new apartment community near Alliance in Fort Worth
Northwest Village will be a $101 million, 455-unit community at State Highway 114 and Roaring River Road. The unit mix will be 238 one-bedroom, 194 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom units, with an average unit size of 974 square feet, according to Soto. Construction should be finished in December 2026, Soto said. OHT Partners is the general contractor and Corgan is the architect.
