Harwood No. 14 recognized for further elevating one of Dallas' hottest office districts
The latest addition to Harwood International’s booming district between Uptown and Victory Park is its tallest yet and an example of the continued vitality of the central Dallas office market. Construction of the 27-story Harwood No. 14 office tower wrapped up in June 2023.
The project joined a district with more than 5 million square feet of office, residential and retail space — a vibrant hub for office and mixed-use space. The project team included architecture and design firms Kengo Kuma & Associates and Corgan as well as Harwood’s in-house design and construction management teams.
