Architecture Firm's Significant US Growth Leads to Dallas Headquarters Expansion

Corgan is investing in its downtown Dallas headquarters yet again in the architecture firm's second expansion of its office space in the past two years.

When Dallas-based architecture firm has experienced "significant growth in Dallas and across the U.S." over the past several years, leading the company to need more room at its headquarters, a Corgan spokesperson told CoStar News.

So when another tenant vacated space on the fifth floor of The Luminary at 409 N. Houston St. in Dallas, Corgan took the opportunity to expand, the spokesperson said. Corgan is spending more than $1.8 million to build out about 11,000 square feet of office space at the property, according to a state work permit. This is Corgan's second such office expansion in the past two years. In 2023, the firm added more than 17,000 square feet of office space to its lease. At the time, Corgan leased a total of 98,264 square feet. With the fifth-floor expansion, Corgan now leases nearly 110,000 square feet at the property.
