Corgan was part of the H3 Hugh Hardy Collaboration Architecture’s team that designed the home of the Botanical Research Institute of Texas, (BRIT). BRIT is a nationally recognized research and conservation organization with an outstanding collection of approximately one million dried plants. Corgan produced construction documents and acted as Architect of Record. The approximately 70,000 square-foot facility incorporates sustainable design strategies, emphasizing water conservation and the use of plant-based materials. The building is LEED Platinum certified.
