Canadian company plans data center near downtown Phoenix; plus more deals to know
Arizona Liver Health/Arizona Clinical Trials is hosting a grand opening on Sept. 19 of the ACT Medical Park in Chandler.
The 28,000-square-foot facility at 910 E. Pecos Road was renovated by Integrity Building Corp., with Corgan serving as architect. Total development costs of the project were $20 million, with financing providing by First Citizens Bank.
